Palma Parque is a delightful small complex comprising of eight,
2 bed roomed apartments which are set on their own private complex
with swimming pool, well kept gardens and wonderful sea views.

| The apartments are located on a private
urbanization called Torremar. There is a British Supermarket, Bar/Restaurant and Car Hire.
Torremar is situated between Benalmadena and Fuengirola and is 10 minutes walk from the beach,
train and buses. The urbanization hosts its own beach and Spanish beach bar /restaurant with
sun beds and parasols available for hire. Please note that Car Hire is recommended. |
| The apartments have an open planned,
well furnished, Lounge/Dining Room with fully
installed Cable T.V. system. with British, Spanish and Dutch TV (No card is required). Patio
doors lead from the lounge out onto a private terrace over looking to the swimming pool
and gardens. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven,
fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. There are two large bedrooms each
with built in wardrobes and with 2 twin beds in each. The apartments have one complete
bathroom plus a shower room.

| The swimming pool and garden area is fully enclosed and secure. There is a large car
park at the side of the complex with ample parking for all eight apartments with security
gates and intercom system.
In Addition, Heaters are provided for the winter months. Towels are provided, however you should bring your own towels for the pool or beach.
