Mirasol is an attractive 2 bedroom Andalucian style apartment, situated on its own private complex, which hosts an
extremely large swimming pool with childrens pool. There are mature gardens with a large BBQ area, also swings for
small children. Stunning views of the mountains and Mediterranean.

| Mirasol is located on a private urbanization called Torremar. The urbanization has a
British Supermarket, Bar/Restaurant and Car Hire. Torremar is situated between Benalmadena and Fuengirola and is a 10 minute
walk from the beach, train and buses. Torremar hosts its own beach and Spanish beach bar with sun beds and parasols available
for rent.

| The apartment is fully Air conditioned hot and cold. It has a well furnished
lounge/diner. There is a fully
installed Cable System T.V. Patio doors lead on to a small front terrace with sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped with a
Gas Hob, Electric Oven, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave and Washing Machine. There are two large bedrooms with built in wardrobes,
one has small balcony & Aircon, the other also has A/C with an ensuite Shower room and has access to the very large roof sun terrace, overlooking the swimming pool.
There is a complete bathroom between the two bedrooms with one of the bedrooms having an en suite shower room including toilet and wash basin.

| The outside roof terrace has panoramic views of the mountains and sea. There are sun loungers,
table & chairs and a Toldo Blind. The swimming pool and garden area is fully enclosed and secure. There is a parking space for each apartment.
Towels are provided, however you should bring your own towels for the pool or beach.
