Holiday Villa, rental, Benalmadena, Spain

The villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, just outside Benalmadena Village. There is A small supermarket nearby also Bars and Restaurants within walking distance. The Bus service to Benalmadena Port, Torremolinos and Mijas is close by. The beach is a 10 minute drive away, as to is the all famous Tivoli World, Cable Cars and Railway Station.

The Villa has a large Lounge with with British, Spanish and Dutch TV and video player, dining room with excess to the court yard through patio doors, plus leading into the fully equipped kitchen which consists of a Microwave, Washing Machine, Gas Hob, Electric Oven and Fridge /Freezer. There is also a Utility Room leading to gardens and pool area.

The Master Bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe space, complete with en suite Bathroom and patio doors leading onto a covered terrace, pool and garden area. Two further double bedrooms, one with double bed and one with twin beds, both with wardrobe space. There is one further complete bathroom. The Villa has fully enclosed gardens, Fans in the lounge/Dining room, plus a Security gate system.

This Villa has excellent out door space, which consists of a Court yard with large wooden dining furniture, a front garden with parking ample for three vehicles, a rear garden with two covered terraced both with wicker seating, a bar area situated right next to the swimming pool and roof top terrace. The back garden is home to the owner’s prize possessions mini Tortoises. The villa has magnificent views of the mountains and the recently built temple.

The Villa has fully enclosed gardens, Ceiling Fans and a Security Gate System.

Towels are provided, however you should bring your own towels for the pool or beach.
