| The villa is located on a private urbanisation called Torremar/La
Capellania.
There is a British supermarket, Bar/Restaurant and Car hire. Torremar is situated between
Benalmadena and Fuengirola and is 10 minutes walk to the beach, 15 mins to Train and 5 mins
to bus stop. The urbanisation hosts its own beach with Spanish beach bar/restaurant.Please note that
Car Hire is recommended. |
| The villa is fully Air conditioned throughout. It has a family sized lounge tastefully furnished having
panoramic views, over the Med. There is a television system with British, Spanish and Dutch TV, also a stereo music system. The lounge opens
out on to a large covered terrace with modern Rattan furniture. Mature gardens and very large swimming pool.
There is a separate large family Dining Room. The kitchen is fully equipped with Electric cooker, Gas Hob,
Microwave, Washing Machine, Dish Washer and Fridge with ice making drinks facility. |
| The master bedroom is very spacious with built in wardrobes and a double bed,
there is an en-suite bathroom and shower. there are two further 2 x twin bedrooms and one single bedroom.
There is one further bathroom with a shower.
There is a covered outside terrace, also large patio area with tables and chairs and BBQ. The swimming pool has a terrace with sunbeds and parasols.
The villa has electric security gates, garage and ample parking for several vehicles. There is also a burglar alarm system.
Towels are provided, however you should bring your own towels for the pool or beach.
