with its own large swimming pool and secluded gardens with views over the Mediterranean. | |
| The villa is located on a private urbanization called La Capellania/Torremar.
There is a British Supermarket, Bar/Restaurant and Car Hire. La Capellania/Torremar is situated between Benalmadena and
Fuengirola and is a 20min walk to beach and trains, 5 mins to buses. The urbanization hosts its own beach and Spanish
beach bar/restaurant with sun beds and parasols available for hire.
Please note that Car Hire is recommended. |
| The Villa has a large family Dining Room leading into the very roomy family
lounge, which is very comfortably furnished and has its own Bar Area. The televison shows British, Spanish and Dutch TV, also Video.
The Lounge opens onto a large covered terrace, mature gardens and large swimming pool. The spacious Kitchen is fully
equipped with all amenities, Electric Hob and Oven, Microwave, Dish Washer, Fridge/Freezer, also Utility Room with Washing
Machine. |
| The Large Master Bedroom has fitted wardrobes. Also a Dressing Room
and a luxury ensuite bathroom. Patio doors lead out on to the covered terrace and gardens.
There are a further two double bedrooms each with twin beds, built in wardrobes, also having access to the
outside terrace and gardens. The second large bathroom is directly across the hallway.
The Villa is set in secluded enclosed mature gardens with large swimming pool. There is also a security gate with intercom system.
Secure parking for vehicles. Also an alarm system.
Towels are provided, however you should bring your own towels for the pool or beach.
