| The Villa is located on a private urbanization called Torremar. There is a British supermarket, Bar/Restaurant and Car Hire plus a new shopping area 5 mins walk.also bus stop. Torremar is situated between Benalmadena and Fuengirola and is 20 minutes walk from Train and Beach. The urbanization hosts its own beach and Spanish Beach Bar/Restaurant with sun beds and parasols available for hire. Please note that car hire is recommended. |
| The Villa is completely airconned throughout and has an open plan lounge/dining room, very tastefully furnished, having cable TV system. The lounge opens out onto a quaint covered terrace area with table & chairs, also built in BBQ. Steps lead down to the private mature garden and pool area with sunbeds. The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities including 4 ring Hob & Oven, Washing Machine, Fridge/Freezer and Dish Washer. |
| The Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed., there is also an ensuite shower room. plenty of built in wardrobe space. Patio doors leading on to small private terrace to garden and pool. The second double bedroom has twin beds with ensuite, built in wardrobe space. Also ensuite shower room. The third double bedroom has twin beds and can be made into a double bed, as it zips together., it has built in wardrobe space and a complete bathroom with shower fitment adjacent.
Towels are provided, however you should bring your own towels for the pool or beach.
