This very pretty Andalucian style two bedroom detached villa is on one
level with swimming pool, mature gardens and wonderful sea views.

| The villa is located on a private urbanization
called Torremar. There is a British Supermarket, Bar Restaurant and Car Hire. Torremar is situated between
Benalmadena and Fuengirola and is 10 minutes walk from the beach, train and buses. Torremar hosts its own
beach and Spanish beach bar /restaurant with sun beds and parasols available for hire. Please note that Car Hire is recommended. |
| The villa is fully Air Conditioned and has a
large furnished lounge with Cable television, with British, Spanish and Dutch TV,
plus a stereo system. Patio doors lead from the lounge to the terrace and swimming pool and an archway
leads you into the separate dining room. The galley kitchen is fully equipped with Gas Hob and Electric Oven,
Fridge/Freezer, Microwave and Washing Machine. There are two double bedrooms both with twin beds and built
in double wardrobes. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower. There is one complete bathroom
and a guest toilet with wash basin. The Villa has a covered terrace with wicker furniture, pool terrace with
sun beds and a fully enclosed garden. Plus parking for one car in private space. |

Towels are provided, however you should bring your own towels for the pool or beach.
