Villa Primavera is the sister villa to Villa Johanne. Primavera.is a spacious 5 bedroom 5 bathroom detached family home, with panoramic views of the Mediterranean, mountains and hillside. Situated in a quiet secluded urbanization called Dona Pilar, just off the Mijas road.

The kitchen is fully furnished with washing machine, dish washer, electric oven and hob with extract fan. This room leads on to a covered terrace with dining table and 6 chairs, fantastic views of the Mediterranean. Another door leads into the lounge.

The lounge with dining room is very spacious, light and airy, comfortably furnished with large sofas and family dining table with 6 chairs. The television has basic sky channels, itv, bbc. Etc. There is a working fireplace for the winter months. Access from the lounge also leads on to a spacious covered sun terrace with chairs & table. Also a small cloakroom. There is a staircase leading down to the gardens and swimming pool area.
The bedrooms are through a covered archway from the lounge. All bedrooms are bright and airy. The master bedroom has a king size bed, wall to wall fitted wardrobe space. An en suite shower room. Also fully air conditioned
The second bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes with ample space. There is an en suite with w.c. & Wash hand basin. This bedroom has a ceiling fan.
Bedroom three is a double room with twin beds, plenty of wardrobe space. This bedroom also has an en suite complete bathroom. Also with fitted ceiling fan in bedroom.
Downstairs on ground floor level is a small apartment which includes kitchen facilities. I.E. Fridge, microwave, toaster, small sink & television.
This is furnished with a king size bed, ample wardrobe space. Also having an en suite shower room. Access onto garden and pool area.
The second ground floor bedroom also has a double bed. Ample wardrobe space, and en suite shower room., access onto the garden and pool area.
There is also a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The gardens are private and enclosed, there is a family sized swimming pool . Large grassed area. A paved patio area with sun loungers, table & chairs with sun umbrella.
The villa has complete security with electronic gates , ample parking for several cars on paved parking area.
Towels are provided, however you should bring your own towels for the pool or beach.
