people with mobility problems there is one step down to the bedrooms.
The villa is accessed via an electric gate and has ample parking for 4
cars the swimming pool is 12x5m and has steps at each end, the rear
patio is 150m2 and has table and chairs and parasol, there is a terrace
on the first floor with table and chairs and Awning, an outhouse
contains sun beds etc
The Beach and coast is 5 minutes walk and the villa is equidistant between
Benalmadena and Fuengirola there are bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance.
