This villa is situated on the outskirts of Benalmadena pueblo (village) which has many bars, restaurants and shops etc. The train station at Torremuelle is just a few minutes away, which takes you to Malaga or Fuengirola. The Golf course at Torrequebrada is nearby.

This is a large spacious Luxury Detached Villa, comprising one en-suite double bedroom with a dressing room, plus two double bedrooms with one of them has having twin beds, with a shared shower room. Also on the ground floor there is one en-suite double bedroom and bathroom which would also be suitable for people with less mobility. The Villa is beautifully furnished throughout the property. There is a large swimming pool, patio area and also a large covered garden terrace with table and chairs, plus a gas BBQ.
The spacious family kitchen is fully furnished with an Electric Oven, Ceramic Hob, Microwave, Dish washer, Fridge freezer and complete with all the usual crockery and household appliances. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen overlooking the swimming pool. Internet can be accessed via a "dongle"
The family lounge is also tastefully furnished with comfortable settees and armchairs, the TV System is UK free to view. The main dining room has access to the back patio and pool area, with panoramic views of the mountains and ocean.
There is a small cloakroom with a WC. and Washbasin which is across the hall from the lounge area.
Bedroom 1 is spacious, with sea views, and comprises of a double bed with built in wardrobes and cupboard space. There is a shower room with a WC and hand basin etc., which is shared by bedroom 1 and 2.
Bedroom 2 is also spacious with lovely views, and also comprises of a double bed with built in wardrobes and cupboard space, sharing the shower room with bedroom 1.
The master bedroom has a vast, walk in wardrobe with ample drawer units, there is a large very spacious dressing table opposite the bed which is a double queen size .
There is a small balcony , which leads out on to the garden where a pathway goes completely round the house and grounds, with sea and mountain views.
There is access from the house to the downstairs accommodation, which comprises of one further extra large double bedroom & complete shower room which has access to the pool and garden area.
There is also a utility area with kitchenette, washing machine and tumble drier.
There is also an exercise room, with exercise bicycles which is also situated on the ground floor.
The Villa has a large spacious "chill out area" with comfortable seating, which leads on to the swimming pool area which has large terraces and gardens including a patio and sun bed area.
There is also a community garden and swimming pool area which also includes a small pool for children, which is also available for clients to use if they so wish and has a lifeguard on duty and there are also toilet and shower facilities.
