Villa Rosablanca is a Brand new Detached Villa which is set on three
levels with its own Swimming pool and enclosed garden. It is located
on a small private estate with only nine other villas.

| The villa is located on a private
urbanization called La Capellania/Torremar. There is a British Supermarket, Bar/Restaurant
and Car Hire. La Capellania/Torremar is situated between Benalmadena and Fuengirola and is
15 minutes walk from the beach, train and buses. The urbanization hosts its own beach and
Spanish beach bar /restaurant with sun beds and parasols available for hire. Please note that Car Hire is recommended. |
| The Villa is set on two levels and has a large open plan
Lounge/Dining Room, with High Tech TV/Stereo/DVD
system and Cable with British, Spanish and Dutch TV (No card is required). Two sets of patio
doors lead onto a covered terrace with garden and swimming pool. The modern Kitchen
is complete with Electric Hob and Cooker, Microwave, Fridge Freezer and Washing
Machine and Dishwasher. There is also a downstairs toilet with washbasin.

| The Master Bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom with a large circular
bath, ceiling fan, built in wardrobes, safe and sliding doors leading
onto a sun drenched terrace. There are two further bedrooms each with twin
beds, one with terrace, both have ceiling fans and built in wardrobes. There is also one
complete bathroom with a bath, which is situated on the first floor between the twin
rooms.
The villa has parking on the front drive with electric gates and an
Intercom system.
It has hot & cold Aircon throughout.
Towels are provided, however you should bring your own towels for the pool or beach.
